Bozley....one year

Bozley the day we brought him home and one year from that day....he has changed!

Its hard for me to believe that we brought Bozley home one year ago today! What an adventure it has been....from the moment he stepped "paw" into this house! We wouldn't give Bozley up for anything now..there were times that I thought he was heading to the " Free Puppy Box" on the lawn...but then he would look at me with eyes and give me kisses.

Who could resist that little face?

We dont really know his actual birthdate..the vet can only assume its sometime in April....so we claimed April 1st....because he is such a fool!

Easter Shoot.....when he was fluffy!

We decided to give him a " Summer Cut"...I think he looks just as cute if not cuter! And he is so much easier to groom!

He still wins my heart over with that face and those eyes!

Love You Monkey Man!

Boston 2010

Ryan and I were fortunate to get away for a few days and explore Boston! We are longing to go back and spend more time there...our goal is to rent a cottage on the cape for a week during the summer...just not this summer! We walked the Freedom Trail and learned a lot about the history of our country. We saw Paul Reveres House, learned about the lanterns that were hung during his famous ride to warn that Redcoats were coming. " one if by land, two if by sea" We saw the USS Constitution "Old Ironsides"...the oldest ship in Navy fleet! We walked to Bunker Hill.....we saw the site of the Boston Massacre ( did you know that only 5 people died?) Boston is such a great city...full of old and new. Friendly people and great food! Loved it and cant wait to go back!

The Boston skyline from Longfellow Bridge
Church downtown
The Hotel we stayed at....The Lenox! It was very nice!
an old church made of granite being retrofitted in Cambridge
Harvard Library! The banners say Truth (Veritas) in Latin
Here we are at Bunker Hill..." dont fire until you see the whites of their eyes"
This is Samuel Adams......also a really good beer!
Got to see Paul Reveres Grave site.....did you know that Paul Revere was not his birth name? It was some french name....I cant remember. Did you know that he had 16 kids! 16...thats a alot!
I LOVE the red bricks all over Boston....it is so beautiful!
This is a statue of George Washington...it is said that when a horse had one foot up (like the stautue) it was signify that there was man down....interesting!

May update

Its been really busy around here...so much happened in the month of May that I never had time to post. Here is a recap...for those that are interested!

The first part of the month was fairly uneventful..with the exception of celebrating a good friends 40th birthday! Todd you are now an old man!

The second 2 weeks of the month I spent being sick. I had a respiratory infection and a sinus infection ....not so much fun!

May 15, we celebrated my friend Amy and her soon to be son! It was a beautiful day...for a beautiful woman!

May 19 - 22 Ryan and I were in Boston! Ryan had to head out for the Vince Group Spring Meeting and they brought me along as the photographer! I must say that I LOVE Boston! What a great city! Seriously...we decided that if we ever had to move to the East coast it would be around the Boston area!

Ryan and I both worked like crazy people...and it is not slowing down! Oh well....
